The heart of Family Castro lies in the land. The “from garden to table” philosophy defines the way in which the group understands cooking: starting with the origin of the product.
The group has its own vegetable gardens in Mallorca, where vegetables and seasonal produce are grown, which are then used in its culinary offerings. This direct link to agriculture enables the group to work with high-quality ingredients that respect the natural rhythm of the land.

Experiences Culinary with a Mallorcan soul
At Grupo De Castro, we offer an authentic dining experience at our Son Verí estate, where tradition, local produce and culinary culture come together in a unique setting.
Our workshops are designed to give participants a first-hand taste of Mallorcan cuisine through hands-on, intimate and entirely artisanal experiences.
All the ingredients used in our kitchens are locally sourced, coming mainly from our own vegetable garden and from producers in Mallorca. We are committed to sustainable, seasonal cuisine that respects the island’s culinary traditions.
